Sigma Omicron Epsilon, Inc. expanded to North Carolin State University in Raleigh, North Carolina during the Fall of 2004. The Charter members of our Beta Chapter are: Samantha Locklear, Ashley Lowery, and Christine McArthur. Sigma Omicron Epsilon has made a huge impact at NCSU and in the surrounding community.
