ROSE Scholarship – Award Amount: $1,000
Sigma Omicron Epsilon, Inc. promotes and encourages young Native American women to pursue higher education. In efforts to reduce the financial burden attending college can place on an individual and their families, SOE sponsors the annual ROSE Scholarship (Reaching Others through Service and Education): In Memory of Cabrina Lynne Cummings. The scholarship is awarded prior to the Fall Semester of each Academic School Year.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Female
- Incoming College Freshman
- Be committed to attending one of the institutions in which we hold a chapter (East Carolina University, North Carolina State University, The University of North Carolina at Pembroke)
